Inner City Action was birthed out of a man and woman’s cry to see lost and hurting men and women restored.  Pastors Frank & Kim Saldana had a vision that was greater than the need.  Along with an initial team of 12 they began to feed Under the Bridge (Crosstown Freeway) in Stockton, CA. Weekly feeding, clothing distribution, worship quickly grew from 50 to 500 as iAction served the homeless community faithfully for years. Today Inner City Action has facilities and a presence in cities across the Central Valley.  We currently house about 70 men, women and children in our Sober Living Facilities.  At our Inner City Action Outreach Center facility we are able to train, equip, and send out laborers into cities across America to establish transformation centers.
